I would expect some semblance of the Valentine's Day stuff to make an
appearance, if only because it's so memorable from the book, apart
from which, it's an clear indication of Ginny's feelings for Harry
(even if there is incessant speculation in HP fandom about whether or
not she sent it, but that's a different matter!).
However, considering young Master Radcliffe's eyes are clearly not
green and his hair is clearly not pitch black, if they *do* include a
singing Valentine, they'll have to change the words completely. All
indications to date are that his eye and hair colour haven't been
modified...
Many elements of CoS make it my least favourite of the books, but the
main thing I'm not so much anxious to see, as much as witness in a
cinema with people who've not read the book, is watching the reaction
to the penny dropping when Tom does his bit with the anagram of his
name. My sister, her hubby and their two sons (6 and 3) are all fans
of the first movie although none of them has read beyond the first
book. (They've decided as a family that they're going to see each of
the movies as they come out, and *then* read the relevant book!)
The 3 year-old was fine watching the first movie but was a bit
freaked by Voldy's appearance. He wants to see the second movie in
the cinema but has needed reassurance that Voldemort doesn't make an
appearance. I haven't quite known how to put it to my sister without
spoiling the game for her, yet without lying. :-)
Incidentally, the six year-old was fine with absolutely everything in
the first movie except for Filtch, who spooked him quite severely
(though strangely NOT Mrs Norris's red eyes!). I've already told him
to be prepared for much more of him...
