Seen and not heard, plus other stuff

I have some new dvd software on my work computer so now I can watch my HP
dvd (lunchtimes..) but only with subtitles, as I have no soundcard ;-)).
Relying on the subtitles (having seen/heard the film several times) I find
they have small irritating omissions from what is said on screen, e.g. Prof.
MacGonagall transforming herself into a Watch not a Pocket watch, and no
mention being made of where Hagrid bought his dragon egg * I bought it from
an Irishman.* (.down the pub..) Why? No indication is given of the noises
that happen in/out of shot either .e.g. noisy cheering (at the Quidditch
match), distant footsteps (as Filch approaches the Library; Lamp falling)
and so on. Not important us who have our hearing but, I think, sloppy work
by those executing the dvd. (Noises are indicated on my Galaxy Quest dvd
and they do matter. The HP/PS pc game also has the text along the screen
bottom for deaf kids.)
I also missed the music, especially in the Chess sequence, but that's a more
personal thing.
Secondly, I was looking at my 2002 PS film calendar, in which has Harry
waiting to go out for his first Quidditch match, and it is astonishing how
young he looks, it quite shocked me, used as I am to Daniel Radcliffe Now
rather than Daniel Radcliffe Then!
Lastly, I have found a way around the issue of the ultimate Harry Potter
issue on dvd! They can put it out as a * Director's Cut*. We can have
every deleted scene, in full, as we can take as long as we like over the
film, and have the out takes and (mis)takes thrown in as well. Face is
saved on all sides and everyone from film freaks to basic HP'ers goes home
happy..

Who swears she can see a bludger chasing Harry in Trailer 2 when he and
Malfoy hurtle down into the Quidditch trench..... 58 seconds in..
