Considering we have a very good precedent for the opposite, I beg to
differ: last year's R&K interview was broadcast on 20th November (I
just checked), whilst the kids famously were on the film set that
entire week (apart from the fact that several HP web sites state that
the interview was pre-recorded).
Consdering the kids spent last week in the States, it's incredibly
unlikely that they're going to be flying back to New York for one
single interview!

Not necessarily. I have doubts that the kids will be present. Last
year was very different: they went on a promotional blitz during the
month prior to the film's opening and immediately afterwards went
back to the studio to start on CoS.
This year, they've been at their regular schools since the beginning
of the academic year, and it is not coincidental that last week's
American trip coincided with a school break.
Sure, it's possible that the kids might fly out to New York for a
weekend for the premiere (after all, it's only 5 hours each way from
London), but in view of the stress everyone seems to be making about
their return to normal school life, I doubt they'll be taking any
full days off, so if they *do* appear at the premiere, it'll only be
a whistle-stop visit.
I must admit that I find it quite bizarre that no date for New York
or LA premieres appears to have been announced - a search of the
usual web sites is turning up nothing, beyond the UK premiere on the
3rd...
