Blue eyed Sirius

Myself, I don't 'hear' them w/ Scots accents, but considering the 
source (JKR and all her stealthy Scottishness), and the location of 
Hogwarts and such -- and rampant Celtic nationalism -- I'd like more 
Scottish accents to be used.  Sirius has some pretty drastically 
genotypical colouring for a Celt, anyway; it'd be nice if the accent 
would match (and I'm pretty sure Jason Carter's got some Irish 
running around in his family background, just from that hair).
