Worry not, I am still apologising for spelling Geroge Bush wrung! (ahem.....)
That aside I think your English was admirable, as with most posts it is the ideas that are of importance and, having read what people have been saying about Daniel and his size Ii can honestly say that shouldn't be an issue at all.
Very sensible posts (forgive me for not naming the writers) have commented rightly that if they had wanted someone who was going to stay *young looking* then they should have started *younger* but, bearing in mind that he has: One been fed and now plays Quidditch: Two has gone through a considerable amount of character building and general growing up, I really can't see the problem with having an older Daniel, he is Growing Up for heaven's sake, a hero in the making etc., etc., destined, chosen, whatever, to confront Voldemort in some shape or form at some stage or other (hope that was suitably vague) the last thing he will be is the skinny little runt he started out as when we joined his journey all that time ago.
I think that from CoS onwards Daniel will continue to grow as an actor and a character. As will Rupert Grint and Emma Watson.

There, not their!!!
I hate it when I spot a mistake like that after sending.
My only excuse is that English is not my first language.
