What's Breaking Out of Slytherin's Face?

Thanks - I had not noticed that Harry had the sword at that point. 
Perhaps they're adding something in the movie that's not in the book 
that makes the statute break, like Riddle throwing a curse?

Hopefully they'll have Fawkes appearing in a burst of flame as in the 
book.

I also hope they have the sword come out of the hat - the first 
trailer has Harry getting it from on top of a rock.  It's very 
important to me that the sword come out of the hat, since it's 
Gryffindor's sword and the Sorting Hat was once Gryffindor's hat.
