I don't think it's supposed to be a prophetic utterance on Harry's part, so
I don't think it has anything to do with whether they will or won't make
more movies after PoA. Anyway, I think we have to wait and see the context.
Personally, I picture this interchange happening after Harry "tricks" Lucius
into freeing Dobby. And Harry has saved the day once again. :)
Considering that Lucius' voice is DRIPPING with sarcasm, I can imagine him
saying it. And as for Harry's "Don't worry, I will be." It didn't come
across as defiant to me. It came across more as Harry starting to believe
in himself. Sort of summing up everything into a single line, as best can
be done. And IMO, Harry *will* always be around to save the day. No, he
didn't save Cedric, but he did aid the grief process on the part of his
parents by risking his life to bring back Cedric's body. And he didn't stop
Voldemort from being reborn, but he was reborn in such a way that he is
alive, not immortal, and can be destroyed.

Well, whoever it is, he is spinning toward Snape. I think Lockhart should
be moving away from Snape, and I definitely want him to slam into a wall. :)
If that was Lockhart spinning through the air, he's no where near a wall.
And I want the slamming into the wall part! It's important! :)

Anyway, if Draco blasts Harry enough to send him flying into a double back
somersault in a full layout position, I do hope Harry gets to blast Draco.
Since Harry didn't fly back in the book, Draco might as well get blasted in
the movie, if he gets to blast Harry.

Since in the book the sword actually fell on Harry's head and nearly knocked
him out, I've imagined they'll change it a bit. Perhaps something like
Fawkes dropping the hat, and the sword falling out onto the rock as Harry
grabs it, then Harry can lunge at it on the rock. Or something like that.
I just don't think the sword falling onto Harry's head from the hat where
you can't even see what's going on will be kept. It's not very cinematic.
