Well, I can see Harry's lack of self confidence in one way, but not in
another. For example, he doesn't hesitate to scream "LIAR!" at Voldemort
himself when he insults his parents. But doesn't say a word to Lucius. Is
Harry more confident around Voldemort than Lucius?

Very true. While Harry may not think he's the one to always save the day,
he's not going to let Lucius have the last word in either. Now another
thought I had is that perhaps with the "Don't worry, I will be" line they
are trying to bridge the gap between the so called "timid, quiet" Harry of
SS/PS and CoS and the often blatently defiant one of PoA. For example, when
Snape substitutes for Lupin. Harry practically interrogates him and nearly
gets himself in BIG trouble for it.

No, no, no! I LIKE that line! I WANT it in the movie! :)

I heard that they tried green contacts and he couldn't wear them. Which
considering he was barely eleven at the time is highly likely. I wonder
though, if now that he's a couple of years older they won't try again for
PoA. In "real life" I've seen just one picture of Daniel with glasses and
he's reading at the time, so maybe he just needs them to read. Though they
were incredibly thick, for a twelve year old.

I've never seen him before, but I looked on IMDB and he does look rather
gentle. Lupin needs to be gentle. That's my number one requirement. Oh,
and nice eyes would be good. :)

Which makes me wonder if they aren't even trying too hard for the green eye
thing. Daniel's gorgeous blue eyes are incredible. Give that kid five
years and he'll be a heart breaker!

<sigh> I wish! But alas, no. When is it? I hadn't heard a date announced,
but based on last year's premiere shouldn't it be in about six weeks?
You'll have to take lots of pictures and keep us informed!
