I think Harry will be fine in year three - as a 13 year old.  
Remember, Fred and George were tall and had deep voices in SS and 
they were in their third year....  Lee Jordan on the other hand 
didn't have the deepest of voices.

Hey, speaking of Fred/George and the third years, are A.Johnson, 
Katie Bell, and the other chaser (forgot name) third (now 4th year) 
too?  What a young quidditch team!  You'd think there would be more 
6th and 7th year students on the team!  I like the team picture of 
the Quidditch team - I wonder if the girls will have speaking parts 
now?  I wonder if we'll ever meet Lavender Brown and the Pavati 
Patil...

I wonder what would happen if Emma had a growing spurt and grew 
taller than the boys? Wouldn't that be something? <<tee hee, I'm 
being silly>>  It would make the scene in PoA when she slaps Draco 
across the face really cool! ;)
