Tom Felton's accent annoys me because it is not consistent. 
Sometimes he sounds much posher than at other times. If you mean by 
pureblood that we should expect Tom to sound "upperclass" or 
aristocratic, then I would agree, that it is probably not posh 
enough. In truth, Daniel Radcliffe's accent is much posher - as is 
Emma Watson's. In terms of pure blood, the Weasleys are also 
pureblood, but we do not have the expectation for them to 
speak "posh".

Rupert Grint's accent sounds Southern to me, but I thought he came 
from Hertfordshire, not London. IMHO, although his accent is not 
posh, it's not what I would call "London" either (I come from East 
London).
