Personally, I don't think it is the sword. This is because when I was 
listening to the interview I got the impression that it was something 
that they wanted to take out of the film that JK said they had to 
keep and I can't imagine them taking the sword out as it is pivotal 
to how Harry defeats the Basilisk.

Who has already given her vote to the Hand of Glory as it is odd that 
it was favoured over the Malfoys in Borgin and Burkes
