(Some sort) of comfirmation re: Lupin's appearance

The recently published photos on various websites (Snitch, TLC etc) 
included a photo in the shreiking shack. In this photo Lupin does not 
appear to have any facial hair, however it is not very clear and is 
more difficult to tell when zooming. However his upper lip has a 
shine on it. Could be clever makeup. (Sorry I don't seem to be able 
to post a link)
