For which we're grateful!

We do get a lot of BBC TV here, you know, but not The Fast Show, as 
far as I know (but then, I haven't been able to tune PBS in for 
years, so I'm a bit out of date).  I notice from IMDb that Whitehouse 
is yet another David Copperfield connection.  Was *everyone* in 
British film in that production?
