 Here is a theory: Maybe JKR told the direcotr to make Snape look 
that way to support a plot line in an upcoming book..think about 
it..maybe he was just back from a confrontation with the death eaters 
and wasnt feeling well. I t could be something we learn about at a 
later time. I don't thin kthey would have let Mr. Rickman act if he 
couldn't even stand up on his own. I think there is more to this 
story than illness.
