OoP: Casting OoP/any HP movie

I can't think of an appropriate role for them but there must be parts 
in Harry Potter movies for my 2 fav. Welsh actors, Rhys Ifans and 
Ioan Gruffydd (Notting Hill/ Hornblower respectively)
They'd make excellent additions to a Brat pack of Death Eaters , 
maybe.
