I believe it is fact that Sean Biggerstaff will not be in POA which 
says to me that the emphasis on Quidditch will not be what it has 
been.  I think that's strange, as this is the year Gryffindor wins 
the cup.  If the Cup's being disregarded, that is one thing,  but it 
is during the Hufflepuff game that the dementors show up and Harry 
falls off his broom.  Which is very important to the plot.   It will 
be interesting to see how this plays out.
