Beth, aging Voldemort:
>> I would have to agree, I always figured Lord thingy to be around
middle-aged. Lessee, he graduated at age 17ish, and then the Great
Wizard War went on for 14 years, so that would make him around 31
when he was vanquished. But then when he was resurrected in GoF,
this is where the problem may lie. Was he resurrected back into his
31-year old body (which, I think, would be logical), or did he come
back in a properly aged body, which would be closer to 45 years old?

EH? I don't want to go too on-topic, so I'll kick off by saying that
I think Ian McKellen is the perfect age for Voldemort. The action of
the diary flashback in CoS takes place in 1942-3, and Riddle (born
in 1927) leaves Hogwarts in 1945 and disappears for some time. He
attempts to AK Harry in 1981, when he would be in his mid-fifties,
and therefore would be pushing seventy by GoF (it's all on the
Lexicon). Christopher Lee is far too old for Karakoff, though.

On a completely random note - could we see Christian Bale as Barty
junior?
