whats wrong with Curoan (sp?)? Already trying to replace him?!? LOL. I VERY much doubt that 1. Shyamalan would wnat to direct such a huge undertaking when he is much more suited for smaller, people driven films. and 2. Thant Disney would let him out of his contract to direct a WB film.
I say that we give Curaon a shot before we replace him.

Ohhhhhhhh! Shyamalan (pronounced SHAH-mah-lahn) would be wonderful. I
hvaen't seen Sixth Sense or Signs (yes, I have to rent them) but I
HAVE seen Unbreakable and thought it was fantastic. The irony, of
course, is that Shyamalan directed Haley Joel Osment as the kid in
Sixth Sense...and HJO supposely was interested in being cast as Harry
Potter. But I agree, Shyamalan would do a great job with the suspense
and danger angles of GoF... My main concern is that GoF NOT be
directed by Chris Columbus!! Please, for the love of all that's good
and holy and/or HP canon... I beg of you, Warner Brothers...
