The photos on TLC now are all those from the new article in Newsweek. 
The one with Alan Rickman, Gary Oldman, Rupert Grint and two unidentified 
young girls posing outside the studio was posted by TLC last week, but Warner 
Brothers asked them to take it down since the actors weren't in full costume 
(Alan was in regular clothes and Gary was in partial costume and makeup, although 
Rupert looked to be in full makeup and costume). WB wanted it taken down 
because it wasn't a pic from the movie and also because Gary wasn't in full makeup 
and costume, so it might give a false impression of what Sirius would look 
like.
The photo is still up in other places though, such as www.digicasey.com/
It is a shot taken outside the studio, evidently the two girls were visitors 
and they got a photo taken with Alan, Gary and Rupert.
The url you gave in your post is of one of the pics from the Newsweek article 
- Alan Rickman isn't in that photo, so either Snape hasn't uncloaked himself 
or he is already knocked out and not in the scene ;-) That pic has the kids of 
course, Gary as Sirius and David Thewlis in the background as Lupin.
