I am loving everything else I see for this movie. I am so excited
for it, it looks like it is going to be a really good, strong film.
"Else" is the key word here, I am rather distressed over this Lupin
situation. It is one thing for him not to look like what I pictured
Lupin to look like, but I have yet to talk to someone who hasn't said
the same thing, essentially: "That's Lupin? It doesn't look like
Lupin!"
I love, love, love Lupin, in fact, I think my husband might be
jealous. I don't know, I just keep telling myself that maybe this is
just not a great shot of him and he will look better in the movie.
I really don't know anything about Mr. Thewlis, I've never seen him
in anything, so all I can say is that I hope he's good, all the other
adults that have been cast are great, so that is certainly
reassuring. If he plays Lupin like the Lupin that we all know and
love, than I can accept that he doesn't look how we all imagined. I
mean it is the character that we love that gave us the image in our
minds of what he should look like, right?. If he's a wonderful Lupin
then I think we will be able to get past how he looks.
But come on people, it is the night of the full moon in the Shreiking
Shack, shouldn't he be a little shaggier? All right, I'm done, I
promise.
