Semi OT: Request for book death info filled - NO SPOILER HERE

I just wanted to thank each of you who wrote to answer my question about 
who dies in the book.  I apprecate it a great deal!

I can't wait for my copy to get here :)  I hope everyone who's reading it 
right now is enjoying ever bit as much as we all hoped to - I've heard a 
lot of good things and am getting really excited about it!
