Casting - Charles Dance

My boyfriend was telling me about this British actor, Charles Dance.  He was 
the villain in "The Last Action Hero" and apparently was also in "Gosford 
Park" (along with the entire population of Britain it seems).  He asked me if they 
could squeeze him into the Harry Potter movies as any character.  Anybody who 
knows of him, who do you think he could play?
