[HPFGU-Movie] Devon Murray/Seamus

I think we can get rid of Seamus Finniagan!  I liked him but Neville has more 
scenes then he does!  On the other end Devon can do Harry and Artemis Fowl 
too!!  Can be done!!  I would miss both Matt and Devon if they don't come 
back.
