I think that Cho will be at the school, she just won't be playing Qudditch.  It would be a big loss to not see Harry's crush because it's a sign of his growing maturity.  Also, unless the Yule Ball's not going to be in the 4th movie, they better introduce us to Cho soon.  She has alot to do with Harry's jealousy of Cedric, so unless they're going to completely leave that out of the movie...she has to at least be in it.
