I have always thought that his subtle gestures, and expressions have 
always been a strong suit of his. Even in PS this was evident. 
Considering his age and relative inexperence he is doing a 
remarkable job. And even more important he obviously wants to learn 
and improve.

I think Dan will be an important force in the entertainment business 
for a long time to come
