Just a quibble in the interests of zoology:

I belive that is actually a [a 
href="http://www.highlandcattlesociety.com/hbreedofcattle.asp"]
Highland cow[/a], not too unusual a site even in Muggle Scotland.  A 
yak would have been cool though!
