Still bugging me about CoS...

I've been watching Chamber of Secrets a lot lately and have
discovered that three scenes in particular really bug me. They
don't ruin the movie, but they are so out-of-line to me that they
stand out appallingly everytime I watch it.
The first scene occurs at the end of the scene where McGonagall
talks about the chamber of secrets to the classroom full of
students. Hermione asks what exactly does legend say is in the
chamber and McGonagall replies that legend says it's the home of a
monster only the heir of Slytherin can control. Right at those
words Ron turns around in his seat and looks at Malfoy with a
horrified look on his face while Malfoy smiles wickedly back at
him. This action of Ron turning to look at Malfoy just bugs the
heck out of me. To me, it appears that Ron is looking at Malfoy for
confirmation of what McGonagall is saying, and that just isn't
something Ron would do. We all know that this scene was most
definitely not in the book because Hermione asked Professor Binns,
not McGonagall, about the chamber of secrets and the Slytherins
weren't in the same class.
The second scene is at the end of the movie when Hagrid comes back
from Azkaban and states that he's sorry he's late because of some
ruddy bird called "Errol". There's so many things wrong about this
little attempt at a joke at Ron's expense, I don't know where to
begin. Errol didn't deliver the letter to free Hagrid to Azkaban in
the book and they should have kept it that way in the movie. Hagrid
wouldn't have known the owl's name, for one thing, and I can't see
Hagrid disparaging any animal, not even an owl, as he loves most
animals, from monsters to flobberworms.
The last scene is at the very end when Harry starts clapping for
Hagrid and all the professors and students join in in an
apparent "worship Hagrid" moment. When reading the books, it is
obvious that Hagrid is sort of an outsider to the rest of the
students at Hogwarts. There aren't any other students beyond Harry,
Ron and Hermione who visit him and get involved in his life. This
was not in the book for a very obvious reason - all the students at
Hogwarts wouldn't be clapping in delighted joy if Hagrid returned
because, except for the trio, most of the students don't know Hagrid
at all and wouldn't care if he returned or not.
I'm now to the point that every time those scenes come up while I'm
watching, I just shake my head in wonderment that the director
and/or writer put them in at all.
Does anyone else have scenes in either Sorcer's Stone or CoS that
drive them crazy?
