Delurking just for a moment....

I'm sort of stumbling with the wording here, but, where did you ever
get the idea that Patrick Stewart wasn't British?

http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001772/

The man was born in Yorkshire and educated at the Bristol Old Vic
theatre. He also was with the Royal Shakespeare Company for nearly 30
years.

He didn't get to Hollyweird until he was offered the part of Jean Luc
Picard in ST:TNG.

Frankly, I'd love to see him in an HP movie and certainly he'd be
completely at home there considering his background.
