Thank you, everyone who responded!
What this is all about..... is.....
There is great debate going on about the length of the movies,
especially as the books seem to be getting longer and longer. I
simply am going to suggest, to whoever receives my missive(s), that
the editors, screen writers, scriptors, and everyone who is concerned
in the creation of the movies be more scrupulous in adhering to the
actual story-line, as written by J. K. Rowling, and leave out the
little additions which 1) do not follow the story line and 2) are
actually counter to the story as written by Ms. Rowling.
A glaring example of this is when, during the Quidditch match (in
movie 2), the Snitch goes out of bounds. According to Ms. Rowling,
the ball is enchanted to stay within the bounds of the Quidditch
field, NOT go careening through the uprights of the stadiums, etc.
