Those were very funny!  I also think the part in which Harry is 
leaving and Uncle Vernon does not even bother to say good bye until 
prodded by Mr. Weasley is important too.  I think his shameful 
behavior toward Harry, in front of the Weasleys, especially the 
adult, Arthur, also sets up the final scenes of OotP as Harry arrives 
at the station after talking the Hogwarts Express back from 
Hogwarts.  I have NO doubt that it was Vernon's unspeakable behavior, 
as well as Sirius' loss, that motivated that little bon vayage party 
at King's Cross!

Lynnette, who thinks Snape IS a good guy, even if he is NOT a nice
guy!
