HP timeline - Dudley's Playstation

I just looked this up and found out that the first Playstation as we 
know it was released in 1994. So, she cut it close, but it fits. 
Wonder if that was a bit of good luck or if she follows the timeline 
closely? This story depends on years so much less than most because, 
as we said, it's timelessness. (Clothes, news, etc.)
