Shrunken Heads (Was: Casting suggestions for OOtP

I didn't really mind the shrunken head, but it was the Jamaican accent
I could have done without.  I just don't invision many house elves
having a Jamaican accent(hee hee).  I thought the Jamaican accent
was over the top, just like the hunch back inn keeper.  I expect to
see those elements in Scooby Doo, not Harry Potter.

This is off the topic, but I wondered what everyone thought of the new
Dumbledore?  I just couldn't get into him being Dumbledore, but that
may be because Richard Harris was so perfect (especially the voice). 
The new one seemed a little to short and heavy.
