I really like Oldman as Sirius.  I too thought that he had to look
pretty bad after all that time in Azkaban.  I think the gross teeth
bit when he smiled was taken directly from the book (don't have it
with me so I can't produce the page number).  I look forward to seeing
him cleaned up in GoF.
