PoA in 15 minutes no longer accessible?

I was trying to find the hilarious "PoA in 15 minutes" spoof that 
was posted about on this list a short while back, but everytime I 
try to link to it I get an "ERROR You are not authorized to view 
this protected entry."

Is it no longer available?  Is there any way to contact the person 
who wrote it and ask for it be reposted or to be granted access to 
read it?
