I completely agree with this.  Most of the
projects I had hoped to start working on in
some form soon are put on hold for probably
the rest of my life due to funding.  Studios
don't like the plots (well, content of plots
that I'm not willing to bend on) so I'm
rather stuck.  One of the reasons I went back
to acting/directing theatre, you get a bit
more freedom.
