Foreshadowing of book 6 in PoA

Wow! Good parallel! As much as I love that moment in the movie, it 
bothered me that it appeared to have no basis in the books, so why 
was it put there? Ron's character is pretty clearly delineated in the 
movies, so it was not necessary to tell us anything about Ron; and 
the comedic value is good, but as it did not reflect an actual moment 
in the books, it still made me wonder. Now I think you've found the 
answer to its inclusion. It may be as scary as Ron being subjected to 
the Imperio Curse in a later book, or even just a way to foreshadow 
Crouch/Moody's action in the GoF film. Either way, that's a great 
deduction; gives us something more to look forward to. :)
