OK, I just got back from PoA and I LOVED it. the details are just perfect and the way it's all filmed.....wonderful!!
IMO, the scene in the Shrieking Shack was a bit .... I dunno, that could have been better. Snape could have been angrier, and also the rest seemed to be 'solved' too quickly there. 
I loved snape in the granny outfit! :-)
One more minus : dumbledore. too swift, too quick,....also the make up....not as good as with Harris. 
I loved the way the Whomping Willow was filmed with the birds and the leaves, I loved the dementors passing the flowers that died instantly, the filming through the clock, etc. The kids are also so much better in this movie. Gary Oldman...just perfect as Sirius, and the same goes for Lupin. As I said : One GREAT movie!

hey, did anyone else spotted Ian Brown of the band the Stone Roses as a punter in the Leaky Cauldron? 

I can't wait to see the movie again!!!
