I had the same experience...POA is my favorite of the books and I wasn't
overly thrilled with the movie, but my sister was quick to point out that
that
was only because it was my favorite book and she would probably feel the
same way after GOF.  :-)

But I will be seeing it at least 3 more times, so we'll see if grows on me
more.
I thought it was a good movie and better than the previous two, but I just
wish
they hadn't taken so much 'important' stuff out.
