I wouldn't get your hopes up too much.  According to an article in 
the new "Entertainment Weekly", most of the cut stuff was never 
filmed.  Kloves and Curaon cut most of the "un-necessary scenes" 
before they began filming.  The DVD is probably not going to have 
much in the way of deleted scenes, unfortunately.
