There is no point.  It's just the appreciation of physical beauty 
and the underlying subconcious awareness of facial symmetry (which 
creates physical beauty) that is an inherent trait in all human 
beings.  This inherent trait is an instinctual preference based on 
survival of the fittest because facial symmetry is indicative of a 
healthy specimen worth reproducing with as your offspring has a 
greater chance of survival and carrying on the species. 

See, it always comes back to sex, doesn't it?  <g>
