Bravo. Echoes from Texas. I have always felt that, along with 
everything else happening with Snape in the Shack, that when he 
realized the children were there, he fully believed they were in 
danger and his actions were protective of them. Hey, they happened to 
also involve catching one of his old school nemeses, but still. His 
anger in the book that the kids don't appreciate what he's doing is 
genuine.
