Oh, i absolutely agree -- teenagers are commonly very fickle about 
their relationships, and I certainly don't have any issue with that 
in HP, but that's exactly what I think has been overlooked by the 
film makers -- it just sounds like they are so darn sure that 
Hermione and Ron have "chemistry" that they have practically hooked 
the two up already (and strengthened their case by repeating it over 
and over in interviews....) -- I just feel like it will fall flat if 
at the end these two don't end up together (which is very possible) 
after building up all this *tension*!  

meh...just my ramblings...
