Bliss. Pure bliss. I just watched the trailer 4 times then did a step by step 
viewing. Ahh! 

Questions, questions, questions. 

And at least one answer. Yes, Snape is about to show slides, I think, not a 
movie. The projector in the back of the room looks like a cannon with circles 
containing pictures rotating down to the projection lens.

Who is McGonagle talking to when she tells about the Potter's death? And 
where is she? McGonagle, with no hat, seated on a couch, with a wineglass in her 
hand! <g> At least her hat and cloak are on the couch next to her.

The werewolf looks hairless! Maybe it's only during the transformation, 
though.

And what was the big eyed little red creature behind Ron?
