I think she's in the Three Broomsticks, that seems to make the most sense (at 
least, that's where she is when she's telling that story in the book). 
There's a picture in  The Leaky Cauldron's 
[http://www.the-leaky-cauldron.org/extras/SecondTrailer6.html] shot-by-shot of the trailer. The picture actually shows 
the heads of the people she's talking to, which makes it easier to tell what's 
going on (it goes by in a heartbeat in the trailer).
