Dan or stunt double?

Here is something you may not have noticed in that scene. Stan the
conductor is standing right next to that window reading the newspaper,
and although Dan/Harry is thrown the length of the bus and slams into
the window, Stan doesn't move a muscle. That would indicate to me that
the bus wasn't actually moving during the scene. They cut together
images of a moving/stopping bus with a stationary bus, to give the
illusion of a sudden stop. So, I don't think Dan was in any real danger.

Conclusion, I think it is likely that it was Dan. However, I have seen
photos of Dan's stunt double and he is amazingly close to Dan in
appearance. At the same time, since the bus was stationary with only
the illusion of a sudden stop, this seems like a reasonably safe stunt
for Dan.

Can't say for sure, but that's my opinion.
