Amen to that! I have always had the sneaking suspicion that Rupert is
potentially the best actor of the trio, but has not been given the
room or the direction to show it. He was by far the best of the three
in PS--completely natural, every line he delivered came from his
character and the situation, whereas the Dan's and Emma's clearly had
a few glitches.

Alas, Rupert was not allowed to show or develop his potential in CS,
but, check out "Emma returns" scene, where we get a hint that there
us some potential chemistry there and Ron abstains from hugging her--
Rupert did that so well, the combined delight and embarrassment. That
little scene made me think this boy has the makings of a really good
actor. Let's hope he has the good fortune of receiving some really
good direction down the line.

I don't think we should worry too much about PoA yet. From what we've
seen in the trailers, it appears Cuaron has coaxed Dan and Emma into
really good performances. Ron has not really featured in the clips
yet, but there's no reason to believe he's been left out. I'm
confident Cuaron has helped him develop tenfold too.
