I don't know that it's entirely innocent. I agree of course that 
Marge is using "bitch" in the dog-breeding sense, but what makes it 
so particularly offensive nevertheless,(and I rather think she knows 
it) is that she's using it to make a direct parallel to Lily and 
Harry!
