GoF Costumes - POA costumes

I would have liked a comment in POA from one of the Weasleys about 
the cost of the new uniforms for 4 children, just one 
comment...that's all...one.... "Oh Arthur, luckily we had money left 
from Egypt..." Yet now Ron gets some ghastly hand-me-downs for the 
formal??? How would F&G dress? and Ginny? equally ghastly? Although 
F&G would make it work... 
Sassy - who loves the costumes and has her own Slytherin robe based 
on POA
