I suppose it could be Gary Oldman but it doesn't look quite like him 
and I think that is actually Karkaroff. I was looking at the Gallery 
on TLC and they have a photo of him that looks similar. Here is the

I am disappointed that Sirius seems to only be in the fireplace scene. 
Still I am anxiously waiting for that scene.
