Question about December Boys

I've been following the interviews/info on Dan's new movie he's 
shooting right now.  Will this be released here (US) at all, do you 
think?  Or is this something we will have to wait on for DVD?  Any 
ideas?

And, yes, I have to agree with the poster that said she can't wait to 
see what Dan does without WB looming over him.  I think he has real 
potential and I am looking forward to this new movie.  If I ever get 
to see it!
